I love the cover! Tough chick, wearing leather on a low, slung bike with a big-ass gun, who could resist that? Yes, book covers can attract me, just like honey attracts a bee. I pre-ordered this book, after I read Kimberly's review (Darque Reviews), a couple of weeks ago. It grabbed me hard and I've been thinking of this book ever since, maybe because I'm reading the Mercy Thompson series right now and Mercy is walker.
A year ago Jane nearly lost her life taking down an entire blood family of deadly rogue vampires that preyed on the helpless local populace of an Appalachian town. Now, after months of recuperation, she’s back and ready to fight again. Except this time, she’s hired by those she’s trained to kill—vampires…

Hi Kimberly! I pre-order Strange Brew several days ago, since Charlaine Harris and Patricia Briggs have stories in it. Glad to know Faith Hunter is in it too, triples my happy factor on buying the anthology now. Plus, I'll get both books at the same time since they share the same release date! :)
