I finished the Immortals After Dark series by Kresley Cole last night. By finished I mean, I have read all books in the series up to Kiss of a Demon King.

I loved this series, it was fast paced. Every novel unique with it's own story line but tied nicely into each other stories. As you moved through the books, you get glimpse of how the characters from the previous books are fairing in the new lives together. Ms. Cole has build a sexy world of mystical characters that belong to the Lore. The Lore has beings such as Lykae, Vampires, Valkyrie, Demons, Nymphs, Phantoms, Sirens and more. These novels are full of very passionate sex, much a bunch of action and mysterious intrigues. If you like the alpha male and witty, intelligent heroine type of book, these are definitely it.

My ramblings: I read this book in one day, it was so fast paced and full intrigues, the pages just kept turning. I knew from this very first book this was going to be great series.

My ramblings: This is definitely a story of "opposites attracts", a bad boy Demon and a goody two shoes Valkyrie. Edge of the seat gripper.

My ramblings: Very high tension, I mean high-wire tension, sexy story. A lot of twists and turns.

I haven't posted much because I have been spending most of my spare time reading the Kresley Cole The Immortals After Dark series. I am currently on Dark Desires After Dark. I am almost done, on page 265 now, then I'm on to Kiss of a Demon King, yum!

OMG! I have been reading the Immortals After Dark series by Kresley Cole, I just finished "Wicked Deeds on a Wicked Night", went to my bookshelf to get the next book "Dark Needs at Night's Edge" to read and couldn't find it. My heart started pounding...my mind started racing. I was thinking "Didn't I get that book?", "I could of swore I got the whole series. Right?" Then I started thinking, "Well, what is the fastest way I can get the next book?"

The realization that tomorrow would be the soonest I could it (from Amazon.com) but to me that wasn't fast enough. I started thinking, "What am I going to read tonight? Oh, no, that won't work." Then I realized, last night I put the darn book on my nightstand because I was almost finished with "Wicked Deeds on a Wicked Night"! Next thought to self, "Now, how much more dense could I get?!?!" I was so relieved, I had to laugh at myself!

Kiss of a Demon King (The Immortals After Dark, Book 6) by Kresley Cole is slated to be released January 20, 2009 but I received my from Amazon.com yesterday.



This is exciting since I have just started this series. So far the book has made anxious to get back to reading it at every chance I can get! Meaning that I will more than likely roar through this series. I love it when a book gets me excited about reading it!
